It’s been reported that singer/voice actress Sakamoto Maaya will be releasing two new singles in October!
The first single, “Buddy“, will be released on October 19th. A collaboration song with the band School Food Punishment, “Buddy” will serve as the opening theme song to the upcoming anime series, “Last Exile -Ginyoku no Fam-“. The coupling song “something little” was arranged by Yamamoto Ryuji.
The second single, “Okaerinasai“, is a new song written by Matsutoya Yumi (Yuming). This song has also been picked up as an opening theme song, but for the anime series “Tamayura ~hitose~“, which will air in October. For the coupling song, Sakamoto covers Yuming’s hit song, “A HAPPY NEW YEAR“. “Okaerinasai” will be released on October 26th.
The first press editions of the singles will come with a bonus disc that contains recordings of Sakamoto’s one-man live held in June.
